Melbourne’s favourite chameleon of pop Georgia Fields takes to the Some Velvet Morning piano for an evening of song and stories, with special guest Jessie L. Warren.
Road-testing brand new material as well as delivering songs from her critically-acclaimed albums, Fields’ timeless pop sensibilities, engaging song-craft and irreverent onstage charisma continue to win hearts across the country. This is a rare, one-off opportunity to see Fields in one of Melbourne’s warmest, most intimate rooms.
Support comes from Jessie L. Warren, who writes songs about humankind (dead and alive), animal hierarchy, friendship, confusion and the ocean, where she would rather live than in Melbourne, if at all possible. This is enigmatic and ethereal folk from a voice that wraps itself around your heartstrings, and pulls.
Tickets are $10 (+bf) pre-sale, or $12 on the door (if still available). Seating is very limited, and pre-booking is encouraged.
